Features: Filled PTFE products are made of filled PTFE resin and molded. Suspension polymerized polytetrafluoroethylene resin is mixed with various fillers to form filled polytetrafluoroethylene resin. Various fillers suitable for mixing with PTFE include glass fiber, carbon fiber, tin bronze and lubricants (such as graphite, molybdenum disulfide) and have been widely used in large-scale production. Compared with pure polytetrafluoroethylene, filled polytetrafluoroethylene has the advantages of higher compressive strength, good wear resistance, good thermal conductivity, and reduced thermal expansion.
