The research team inspected the Luzhou Fluorosilicon Research Institute, Zhongtian, Zhongning, Juhua Group and other enterprises, and listened to the report on the development and cultivation of the fluorosilicon new materials industry in Luzhou.
Fluorosilicone new material is a regional characteristic industry with the most obvious cluster advantages, the strongest development momentum, and the most prominent space for improvement in the industrial economy of Quzhou. At present, Quzhou has built a prototype of industrial agglomeration driven by the backbone of Juhua and other industries, forming a fluorine industry. The three major industrial chains of chemical industry, organic silicon and inorganic silicon are one of the first 21 demonstration zones in the province to transform and upgrade the block economy to a modern industrial cluster. In 2011, Chuzhou's fluorosilicone new material enterprises above the designated size realized an output value of 15.2 billion yuan, an increase of 27.4% year-on-year; the total profit and tax reached 2.345 billion yuan, an increase of 129.1% year-on-year, becoming the most obvious and rapid economic growth of the city's industry industry.
The research team fully affirmed the achievements of the Pizhou Fluorosilicon New Material Industry in terms of innovation and manufacturing capabilities, demonstration levels, supporting models, and attracting talents. At the same time, it suggested that the next step should continue to follow the "green development, ecological enrichment, science The requirements of “crossing” will speed up the construction of the fluorosilicone new material industrial cluster demonstration zone, and promote the industrial transformation and upgrading of the region with industry demonstration.
The research team stated that a survey report on the cluster development and cultivation of the new fluorosilicon materials industry in Luzhou will be formed as soon as possible, which will provide a basis for the province to further strengthen the construction of strategic emerging industry demonstration bases this year.
Previously, the Department of Raw Materials also held the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" Briefing Session for the Petrochemical and Chemical Industry in Yanzhou, Zhejiang Province from April 26 to 27, 2012.
